Sausages in White Sauce
(recipe proved by Lilla A.)
(for 4 persons)



2 sausages (at least) per person

1 onion per person

1 pint thin white sauce

1 pinch cinnamon

1 level teaspoon made mustard

pepper to taste

1 jacket potato per person


Peel and slice/chop onions.

Place on top of a lidded casserole.

Make a thin white sauce, add the pepper, mustard and cinnamon, pour over the sausages and onions.

Place casserole on a baking tray (to catch spills) and bake on top shelf of oven on for 2/3 hours, gas 3

Serve with jacket potato and relish of choice.
